Sam Sake specialises in a range of sake from Akita prefecture. Our sake can be bought in many shops and restaurants as well as online. Stalls Description

Our stall will have a small range of sake from Akita Prefecture available for tasting and a wide range of sake on sale too. Three sake brewers will be there to talk to you about their sake and to serve you with some delicious samples to try.
There will be a wide range of different sake styles on sale including futsū-shu, junmai, ginjō and daiginjō and the bottle sizes available will include 180ml, 300ml and 720ml. Prices start from £5.49 so everyone can afford to take a bottle home!

Here are some examples of our sake available:

Lady Chic – a fruity, refreshing sake with a sweet cocoa butter nose. Junmai genshu namachozō, 180ml (£5.49)

Namacho – a light, fresh, easy-drinking sake. Honjōzō namachozō, 300ml (£6.49)

Minato Tsuchizaki – a smooth, easy-drinking yamahai. Yamahai futsu-shu, 720ml (£16.99)

Amakarapin – a robust sake which changes from sweet to try on the palate.

Junmai, 180ml (£5.49), 300ml (£7.79), 720ml (£17.49)

Aramasa Sōin – a classic, soft, fruity junmai with elderflower notes. Tokubetsu junmai, 720ml (£19.99).

Aki no Ta – a smooth, fruity ginjō with herbal aromatics. Junmai ginjō, 300ml (£8.99), 720ml (£21.99)

秋田県の日本酒を販売している屋台で酒蔵の蔵元が3人、地酒の試飲をさせたりする予定です。普通酒・純米・吟醸・大吟醸を含めてある日本酒は一合瓶から４合瓶までの大きさで持ち帰りのために販売します。絶対飲みに来てください。
