Japanese-born master of Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement), Takashi Sawano, uses a variety of unusual materials including metal andwood sculpture, bamboo and fresh flowers. The audience watches whilst the work gradually evolves into a kaleidoscope of shape and colour.
